In August 2006 “Mayadeen” has purchased a building in the Dubai Healthcare City , with a built-up area of 7,523 sq/m. The building comprise of 7 floors including Ground floor, and two basement floors, for offices and commercial use.

“Mayadeen's” building in Dubai Healthcare City was sold in July 2007 for KD 9 million achieving a net profit of KD 800,000.
